When will Google integration go live?

Ominvo is pending Google Business Profile API approval, expected late July 2026. Until then, accounts are on the waitlist and we hold the founding-member pricing.

Current status (June 2026): approval pending

Ominvo is in the Google Business Profile API review process. This is a standard step Google requires for any third-party tool that wants to read reviews and post replies on behalf of business owners. The application is submitted and under review.

Based on Google's typical timeline for applications like ours, we're targeting approval in late July 2026. We can't move that date — once the application is in, it's entirely in Google's hands.

Until approval lands, new accounts go into a waitlist queue. You can set up your profile, explore the dashboard with demo data, and lock in your plan. Live review data won't start flowing until the API connection is authorized by Google.

What "approved" unlocks

Once Google approves the integration:

  • Live review aggregation — your real Google reviews start appearing in Ominvo automatically, no manual import needed
  • One-click reply posting — replies you approve in Ominvo go live on your Google listing without any copy-paste
  • Real-time alerts — email notifications the moment a new review lands, not just a daily digest
  • QR code review prompts — a printable QR code that links customers directly to your Google review page (Chad and GigaChad plans)

The AI reply drafting engine is already built and tested. The only bottleneck is the API permission to read your reviews and post replies. Everything else is ready.

What works today

Even before approval, setting up now isn't wasted time:

  • Account setup is fully functional — complete your profile, add your business details, configure notification preferences
  • Demo data is available — the dashboard shows you what the real product looks like with sample reviews and AI-drafted replies, so you know exactly what you're getting
  • Plan selection locks in your price — choosing your plan now secures founding-member pricing (more on that below)
  • The waitlist is open — joining now puts you first in line to be connected when the API goes live

What happens when approval lands

The day Google approves the integration, here's what happens:

  1. We email everyone on the waitlist with a heads-up — no surprises
  2. Real review data starts flowing into your account automatically, no action needed on your end
  3. The one-click posting feature activates in your dashboard
  4. If you've already explored the demo and set your tone preferences, you'll be ready to start approving replies immediately

There's no migration, no re-signup, and no data loss when the switch happens. Your account just goes from demo mode to live.

Founding pricing lock

Anyone who signs up before the integration goes live keeps current pricing locked in for 12 months from the date the integration activates — regardless of when we raise prices afterward.

If you sign up today at $30/month on the Chad plan and Google approves in July, your $30/month rate is locked through at least July 2027. After that, you'll get advance notice of any price changes well before they take effect.

This isn't a limited-time promotion. It's how we're rewarding people who trust the product before it's fully live.
