The free plan is genuinely free, forever. No credit card required to sign up.
On Noob, Ominvo connects to your Google Business Profile and surfaces your reviews in a single dashboard. You can read them, filter by rating, and see basic trends — but AI reply drafting and one-click posting are locked until you upgrade.
Noob makes sense if you're testing Ominvo before committing, or if you're a very low-volume business getting fewer than five reviews a month. At that volume the time savings from upgrading are real but modest.
Chad — for owners replying daily ($30/month)
Chad is where the time savings kick in. At $30 per month, you unlock AI-generated reply drafts and the ability to post replies directly from Ominvo back to your Google listing.
For a typical single-location business getting 10-30 reviews a month, Chad pays for itself if replying manually was taking more than 30 minutes a week. Most owners find it does, comfortably.

GigaChad is built for owners with more than one location, or businesses where a manager handles review replies rather than the owner directly.
At $99 per month you get up to 10 locations under one account, team member access so you can delegate reply approval, and competitor tracking to monitor what nearby businesses are hearing from their customers.

Can I switch plans later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from your account settings with no waiting period.
Upgrading takes effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing period, then the full new rate on your next billing date.
Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your account stays on the higher plan until then, so you keep all features through the month you've already paid for.
All plan changes go through Stripe automatically — no manual process, no support ticket needed.
Annual billing
Annual billing with a discount is on the roadmap. It isn't available yet. If annual pricing matters to you, mention it when you join the waitlist — we're tracking demand before we decide on the discount structure.
