How to cancel
Cancellation lives in the Stripe customer portal, not in Ominvo's settings. This is intentional — Stripe handles all the payment-side mechanics directly, which means cancellations are immediate, auditable, and never get stuck in a support queue.
To cancel:
- Open your account settings in Ominvo
- Click "Manage billing" — this takes you to the Stripe customer portal
- Click "Cancel plan" on your current subscription
- Confirm
That's it. You'll get a confirmation email from Stripe within seconds.
What happens after cancellation
Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel on day 10 of a 30-day cycle, you keep Chad or GigaChad features through day 30.
After that, your account drops to Noob (free). Your reviews, reply history, and account settings are all preserved — you just lose access to AI drafts, one-click posting, and any tier-specific features. If you resubscribe later, everything is right where you left it.
There are no cancellation fees. You're not asked to fill out an exit survey. We don't have a retention team that tries to talk you out of it.
What if I want a refund?
Stripe's default policy is no automatic refund on cancellation — you keep service through the end of the billing period instead. That said, if you cancelled within a few days of a renewal and the product genuinely hasn't worked for you, email support and we'll handle it case by case. Refund decisions are made by a human, not a policy bot.
Deleting your data entirely
Cancellation is not the same as account deletion. If you want everything wiped — review history, reply log, account record — that's a separate request handled through the privacy flow. See the Privacy policy for the full process, including what we delete, what we have to retain (Stripe transaction records, mainly), and how long it takes.
Resubscribing later
If you come back, your Noob-tier account is still there. Sign in, head to pricing, pick a plan, and you're back on Chad or GigaChad with all your history intact. There's no penalty or cooldown for cancelling and resubscribing later — the only thing that changes is the founding rate, which is locked to your original signup window and won't apply if your subscription has lapsed.
