Usage limits and rate caps

Every plan can draft AI replies. Here's exactly how many — per month, per day, and per hour — for Noob, Chad, GigaChad, and Lifetime, plus how fair-use protection works.

The short version

Every Ominvo plan can draft AI replies to your Google reviews. The number you get depends on your plan. Chad and GigaChad have no monthly limit — instead they have generous hourly and daily ceilings that a normal business never reaches. Noob and Lifetime have a simple monthly count.

| Plan | AI replies | Per hour | Per day | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Noob (free) | 5 per month | — | — | | Chad ($30/mo) | No monthly limit | 50 | 200 | | GigaChad ($99/mo) | No monthly limit | 80 | 500 | | Lifetime ($79 once) | 50 per month | — | — |

Why Chad and GigaChad have hourly and daily limits instead of a monthly cap

A monthly cap punishes a good month. If you get a rush of reviews, you want to reply to all of them. So Chad and GigaChad don't cap the month — they cap the hour and the day, at levels set to stop automated abuse, not real use. Even a busy single-location business replying to every review as it comes in stays far below 50 or 80 in an hour.

If you ever hit an hourly or daily ceiling legitimately, email support@ominvo.com and we'll look at raising it.

Fair use across all plans

On top of the per-plan limits above, Ominvo applies a fair-use limit per network. It exists to stop one person running many accounts from a single connection — it is not something a normal business hits. We don't publish the exact threshold, because doing so just tells abuse where the line is. If you run a legitimate business and see a "too many requests from your network" message, contact support and we'll sort it out.

What counts toward your limit

Only AI reply drafts count. Reading reviews, editing a draft, posting a reply to Google, and everything else on your dashboard are unlimited on every plan.
