Competitor Tracking changes that. Once our Google Business Profile API connection goes live (estimated July 23), you'll see your rating and review velocity side by side with up to 5 named local competitors. Not a fuzzy industry benchmark — your actual neighbors, competing for the same customers on the same street.
How it works

Add your competitors
Enter 1–5 competitor business names in Settings. Ominvo finds their Google Business Profile and confirms the match before saving.
We pull the data
Once the GBP API goes live (~July 23), Ominvo fetches competitor review counts, star ratings, and velocity automatically. No spreadsheets, no manual lookups.
See the gap
Your dashboard shows a side-by-side comparison. If a competitor's rating climbs past yours or their velocity spikes, you get an alert.
