How a typical week looks
- Reviews come in — Ominvo checks your Google Business Profile every few hours and pulls in any new reviews automatically. No manual refresh, no logging into Google.
- AI drafts a reply — Within minutes of a review arriving, Ominvo generates a draft reply tailored to what the customer actually wrote: the rating, the specific feedback, and your business type.
- You get notified — A quick email alert tells you there are replies waiting in your queue. No daily login required to stay on top of things.
- You review and approve — Log in, read the drafts. Edit anything that doesn't sound like you. Hit approve. Takes about a minute per review once you're in a rhythm.
- Ominvo posts — The approved reply goes live on Google under your business name. Done.
You stay in control of every word that goes out under your name. Ominvo handles the drafting, the formatting, and the posting.
What stays in your control vs what we automate
What you always control:
- Reading and editing every reply before it goes live
- Setting your tone preferences — friendly, professional, or formal
- Whether a reply gets posted at all (approval is always required by default)
- Your account settings, connected profiles, and notification preferences
What Ominvo handles:
- Pulling new reviews from Google automatically
- Generating a first-draft reply based on the specific review content
- Posting your approved reply back to Google
- Keeping a searchable log of every review and every reply
There is no auto-posting mode by default. Every reply passes through you before it goes anywhere near your Google listing.
What we don't do
A few things worth being clear about up front:
We are not a review generation service. Ominvo does not ask your customers to leave reviews, send SMS blasts, or run incentive campaigns. Generating more reviews is a separate workflow — one we don't touch.
We don't post fake or templated replies. Every reply is drafted fresh for the specific review it responds to. We don't recycle the same generic response across different customers or different ratings.
We don't contact your customers directly. Ominvo only reads reviews from Google and posts replies to Google. We never have access to customer contact information and we never message anyone on your behalf.
We don't replace your judgment. The AI draft is a starting point, not a finished product. You know your customers and your business better than any model does. The goal is to get you 80% of the way there so you're editing rather than writing from scratch.
