Alert Preferences
Most review tools blast every notification at you the moment it lands. That works for a 1-star meltdown — not so much for the fifteenth glowing 5-star at 11pm on a Saturday. Ominvo lets you decide which reviews are worth interrupting your day, and when.
How it works
Turn alerts on
One master toggle in Settings. Off by default until you opt in.
Pick what matters
All new reviews, or only 1–3 star reviews. Skip the noise from happy customers if you want.
Pick your rhythm
Instant for urgent stuff. Daily or weekly digest if you'd rather batch it. Pick the exact time of day you want the email.
What you control
Master on/off switch
One toggle controls every email alert. Off means silence.
All reviews or 1–3 star only
Stop the 5-star pings if your inbox is full. Bad reviews still come through.
Instant mode
Email lands within seconds. The default for owners who can't afford to find out late.
Daily digest
One email per day at the time you choose — 8am, 10am, all the way to 10pm.
Weekly digest
Once a week on the day you pick. Best for low-volume locations.
Change anytime
Switch from instant to daily, swap the time, flip filters — no code, no support ticket.
Noob gets basic review visibility but no email alerts — which means no alert preferences either. Upgrade to Chad ($24/mo on annual) to unlock the master toggle, star filter, and instant/daily/weekly delivery.
