50 replies a month is more than any single-location business needs — the average is 8 to 12. The cap exists because a lifetime deal means I'm committing to serve you for years, possibly decades. Uncapped, a handful of power users could make that math not work. Capped at 50, it works forever. If you're hitting that ceiling every month, Chad at $30/mo is the better fit.

What if Ominvo shuts down?

Your access runs for as long as Ominvo operates. If the product is ever discontinued, I'll give at least 90 days notice so you're never caught off guard. This is a one-time purchase with no refunds — what you're buying is access for the life of the product.

Can I upgrade to Chad later?

Yes — from your Settings page at any time. Your lifetime access ends when you upgrade; you'll be on a standard subscription from that point. No partial credits.
