50 replies a month is more than any single-location business needs — the average is 8 to 12. The cap exists because a lifetime deal means I'm committing to serve you for years, possibly decades. Uncapped, a handful of power users could make that math not work. Capped at 50, it works forever. If you're hitting that ceiling every month, Chad at $30/mo is the better fit.

Your access runs as long as the product runs. If that ever changes, I'll give at least 90 days notice and a full refund — no questions asked. That's a personal commitment, not just a policy.
Can I upgrade to Chad later?
Yes — from your Settings page at any time. Your lifetime access ends when you upgrade; you'll be on a standard subscription from that point. No partial credits.
