Refund Policy

Short version

Ominvo subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime — your access continues through the period you've already paid for, and you're not charged again. Terminations for cause have their own appeal process; the original payment still isn't refunded.

Monthly plans

Cancel anytime from Settings or by emailing support@ominvo.com. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for — no partial refunds, no proration. The next charge simply doesn't happen.

Annual plans

Same non-refundable posture. Annual is a commitment tier — you save 20% versus monthly in exchange for paying upfront. There's no mid-period refund. Cancelling stops next year's renewal; your access continues until the paid year ends. See pricing for tier details.

Free tier (Noob)

Nothing to refund — Noob is free. To cancel, delete your account from Settings. Your data is removed per our Privacy Policy.

Terminations for cause

If we terminate your account for a Terms of Service violation (Section 14 of the Terms), no refund applies — this is stated explicitly in the Terms and you agreed to it on sign-up. You have 30 days to appeal via the link in the suspension email.

If the appeal is approved, your access is restored as a goodwill gesture. The original payment is not refunded. Appeal decisions are final.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting support@ominvo.com first, your account is terminated for cause under TOS Section 14. Filing a chargeback is the loudest possible signal that you don't want to do business with us — we respect that, but it also means we don't continue serving you.
